Restaurant Njörðr was founded in 2021 by Mathias Sejer Sørensen as the ownership of Hotel Siemsens Gaard changed.
A restaurant with no other dogma than, that we don’t compromise when it comes to our love for local products and high-quality ingredients from all over Denmark.
At Njörðr’s menu, taste and quality go hand in hand in a restaurant where everyone is welcome, whether your appetite is for a glass of wine and snacks in the beautiful courtyard, a light lunch or a big dinner. The restaurant is hearty and open for lunch and dinner.
In 2022, we entered into a collaboration that we are extremely proud of and that strengthens our ambitions to serve the best; namely with the farm butchery Spis Min Gris.
